One of my greatest joys is sharing childhood memories with my kids–sometimes its through stories, sometimes pictures, but most often, it’s through taste. Recreating a summer treat that my mom made for me so that I can share it with my kids and help create the memories they’ll recall someday is truly rewarding–but it’s also delicious!
This is one that instantly brings me back to being a kid myself–it’s the ooey-gooey-marshmallow-y goodness that is Marshmallow Fluff. For this one, I combine it with Philadelphia Cream Cheese (a marriage of flavors made in heaven) and use fresh strawberries to dip–it’s so creamy and sweet, you simply can’t stop eating it.
It was a recipe that I always requested and, if the timing was right, I’d get to lick the bowl. We have always served our fluff with strawberries.
However, you can pair cream cheese and marshmallow fluff with just about anything. Just ask Pinterest.
Everyone loves it. It is refreshing and sweet and utterly satisfying. It is so easy, you can whip it up in five for a quick snack at home or make it to pass. Fluff and strawberries make the perfect summer BBQ treat or block party dessert.
This is our simplest recipe and will forever remind us of our mom. In an effort to serve up simple and delicious, this one takes the cake.

Ingredients:
2 Bricks of Philadelphia cream cheese
2 Jars Marshmallow Fluff
Strawberries (or whatever fruit your heart desires)
Let the cream cheese get to room temperature, as it is easier to blend. Use a hand-mixer to blend the cream cheese and fluff together. Slice the strawberries and serve with fluff.
No need to clean the bowl afterward. It will surely be licked clean.
Enjoy!
