10 Things We’re Loving Right Now

If TSP had a mantra, it would definitely include the words “mindfulness”, “self-care”, and “comfort”.  We are all about using and sharing the practices and products that enhance our well-being so we’ve compiled this (darn good) list of 10 things Lauren and me are using regularly that fit this description.

If you are looking for a great book that will teach you a few things, well then, you are in luck; we’ve got two to share! We made sure to include some health and wellness products we love (ahem, CBD), our favorite adult beverage accompaniment, and a puzzle that is sure to take your mind off everything for a while.

Shu Umera Hair Texture Spray / Biossance Eye Cream / Ritual Vitamins / 1,000 Little Things / Luxardo Cherries / Yuyo Botanics AM Formula / Z Supply Joggers / Velvet Leopard Print Head Band / How To Skimm Your Life / Wooden Pheonix Puzzle /
These are 10 Things We’re Loving Right Now:

* * * * *

Michelle’s List

How To Skimm Your Life

I know this sounds cliché, but “How To Skimm Your Life” really is the gift that keeps on giving. You can curl up and enjoy this book just like you would with a novel or you can place it on a coffee table for you and guests to enjoy every time the opportunity presents itself. It is a how-to guide on adulting and it is chock full of knowledge, tips, and hacks that will absolutely enrich your daily life.

YuYo Botanics AM Formula

This morning CBD tincture is part of my a.m. routine. I begin each day feeling energized and focused but also level and calm without any of the funny side affects.

Shu Umera Hair Texture Spray

If you have extra soft hair that lacks body and are one of those gals (or guys) who prefers the “I just got through with a walk on the beach” look, then Shu Umera Hair Texture spray will be your new best friend. Not only does it smell ah-mazing, but it also gets your hair texturized just enough so you can trick people into thinking your relaxed, beachy look is on purpose.

Luxardo Cherries

My Manhattan game is strong these days and I owe it all to the Luxardo Cherry. They aren’t exactly cheap and it can be argued whether they should be refrigerated or stored elsewhere, however, their flavor and quality reigns supreme. They are decadent and my favorite part about drinking a Manhattan.

Z Supply Joggers

I guess my husband was sick of me going to bed looking like I live in the homeless huts on Lower Wacker Drive but also knew I wasn’t going to slip into some slinky nightgown, so he bought me the softest, coziest, warmest, most enjoyable pair of pajama pants I have ever owned. The material is something special, and bedtime is but a dream in my Z Supply joggers.

Lauren’s List

Ritual Vitamins

I’ve been in need of a multi-vitamin for some time now and, after much research, I discovered Ritual. Made by women, for women, these vitamins are packed with nine essential nutrients our bodies need. All of the nutrients found in their vitamins are vegan-friendly, gluten-free, and totally traceable.

They just announced their commitment to creating environmentally friendly packaging as well. Hell to the yes!

Velvet Leopard Print Headband

A pop of leopard print is never a bad idea, especially when you dress in a mostly capsule wardrobe.

Biossance Eye Cream

When that shop girl said this was basically botox in a jar, I said, “yes, please!” Ok, I actually asked for a sample first, but after a week of using it, I’m ready to drop the fifty bucks for a whole jar of my own. It is definitely worth seeing the results from a month of using it. And, great news – it’s clean beauty.

1,000 Little Things

I worship this book. It’s filled with incredible tips and reminders on how to lead a happy, productive, simple life. It’s both insightful and relatable and a great way to start the day!

Wooden Phoenix Puzzle

There is nothing better than working on a puzzle on a cold winter evening…well, throw in a beautiful glass of red wine (or one of Michelle’s Manhattans) and now we’re talking! Puzzles are good for the mind, can help relieve stress, and there is something so fulfilling about placing that very last piece into its perfect space.

We hope something here tickles your fancy.
xo,
Michelle & Lauren

Great list! I’m obsessed with wooden puzzles (Liberty Puzzles in Boulder, CO is my fave!) and they’re great for improving/ maintaining cognitive fitness as we age. 🙂

Hygge is humble and slow. It is choosing rustic over new, simple over posh, and ambience over excitement. In many ways, hygge might be the Danish cousin to slow and simple living.
