‘Tis the season for cannabis and CBD…especially in the year 2020.
Cannabis and CBD are legal both medically and recreationally here in the midwest state of Illinois, so whether you’re looking for a little something to help ease health ailments or perhaps you’re on the hunt to imbibe just for fun – it’s all good.
However, if you’re looking to give the gift of cannabis or CBD to someone you love or perhaps a White Elephant gift (which everyone will steal for it, I’ve seen it with my own eyes), we thought we’d help you with your shopping.
We’ve included all ingestibles (aka edibles/tinctures) and one topical.
These are our go-to edibles that range in strength, flavor, and texture. You can’t go wrong with any single one of these, but I promise, you will find a favorite.
But first, a couple tips for the novice.
EDIBLE TIP #1: GO LOW AND SLOW: Meaning, take small quantities, and wait. Then wait just a little longer before taking more. Taking too much isn’t really a good time.
EDIBLE TIP #2: SUCK ON EM’: Don’t gobble them up and swallow. Allow them to stay in your mouth for as long as you can until they dissipate. They’ll get into your system a bit swifter.
Without further ado, here are your Cannabis and CBD Stocking Stuffers:
1.) Wana Sour Gummies
Wana is bringing you a vegan and gluten-free option that holds incredible flavor, texture, and efficacy. Each gummy is 10mg each, but also make for a great microdosing option. They cut wonderfully and can be dosed out according to your desires.
Our personal favorite: Mango Sativa
2.) Snoozeberries by Incredibles
Like their tagline indicates, shoot for the snores, these gummies are designed with sleep on the mind. Each gummy has 10mg of THC along with 2mg of CBN – the cannabinoid known to help induce snoozy vibes.
3.) Peanut Budda Buddha by Incredibles
Three things: Peanut Butter, Pretzels, & THC. It’s the perfect trifecta for your loved one that adores salty, sweet, and cannabis. 100mg of THC are in this bar so be mindful. Like with all edibles and cannabis, start low and slow.
4.) Strawberry and Peach 2:1 Gummies by Encore
Two parts CBD and one part THC, each gummy has 20mg of CBD and 10mg of THC. An excellent option to treat minor aches and pains or to induce extra chill vibes. I love these and take half at a time which comes to 10 mg CBD and 5 mg THC.
5.) Fruit Goobies by Revolution
Fruit Goobies are for the fellow or lady looking for a heavy hitter. These pack a punch and have a consistency more like a taffy making it a bit more difficult to microdose with, but so delicious!
6.) Espresso Bites by Kiva Confections
Espresso bites are a fan favorite. Each ball is 5mg THC of dark chocolate layered over a delightful espresso bean in the middle. Some folks take these while out and about, while others like to take them for sleep. Yup, you read that right. Whatever floats your boat.
7.) Mindy’s Freshly Picked Berries, 2 mg
If you are newer to cannabis or prefer to ingest lower quantities of THC, might we suggest Mindy’s edibles? These gummies are delicious and won’t knock you on your ass. Think of them as a scrumptious little gumdrop with an extra little kick to them.
Another favorite Mindy: Black Cherry 1:1 Gummies
8.) Equilibria Relief Cream
Give someone the gift of self-care in the form of Equilibria’s Relief Cream. I use it all over my neck, lower back, and abdomen when suffering from cramps. If you know someone that deals with the same, I highly recommend this as a stocking stuffer.
9.) Equilibria Cranberry Elderflower Daily Drops
CBD is the non-psychoactive sisters to THC. In other words, CBD will NOT induce a high or elevated feelings. When it comes to CBD, it’s more about what you don’t feel. It takes the edge off when taken daily and can assist in minor physical aches and pains.
Equilibria is the only CBD we take every single day. We trust their product, it’s all organic, and fully traceable. All of this stuff matters. Use our code: THESISTERPROJECT for 15% off of your first order.
