As surpass a total of 20,000 downloads for Cozy Conversations with The Sister Project we thought we’d share some of our most popular episodes to date.
Our podcast is basically our radio show, but it’s also a time for us to connect, as sisters. And even though we’re living through a pandemic, life still gets “busy” so making time for connection is really important. This is why we created our show.
Michelle and I love covering current events, hot news topics, ways to enhance your life through mindful, cozy wellbeing, and inside scoop on the haps in our lives along with life experiences.
It’s a cozy corner in the podcast world where we’re able to have a good old-fashioned conversation about anything that delights our hearts.
We hope you have been enjoying our podcast.
One last thing before you dive in – if you find that you love the content we create, please feel free to share with anyone you think would love some cozy convos. Word of mouth is the best way to gain more listeners and we so appreciate your help in helping us do so.
Ok, let’s do this!

Episode 38: Don’t You Know That You’re Toxic
In this episode, we covered the concept of Toxic Positivity aka TP. You know what it is because you’ve done, I’ve done it, we’ve all done it. TP is when someone shares bad news or unfortunate circumstances and in reply, the listener says, “oh it can be worse”, “don’t worry, it’s all going to turn out fine”, or my favorite, “at least…..” and then follow it up with something that is worse. Check out this episode to hear more about TP.
Episode 40: A Cozy Convo with Anthony Ciancio
We sat down for a conversation with my husband, Anthony, about changing careers, filmmaking, and life as a student again at 41. But the truth of the matter is…aren’t we all always a student?
That’s the yogi in me.
Episode 43: This One Is For All The Moms Out There
This episode was inspired by the NYT special feature, America’s Mothers Are In Crisis, Is Anyone Listening? And it’s the truth. Mothers across the country are struggling and they need to be heard. Check-in on the moms in your life.
Episode 42: A Cozy Convo with Nicole Pearl
Oh man, this episode was a HOOT! Nicole Pearl, our sister and founding member of The Sister Project, joined us for a conversation and a boatload full of laughs. We covered skincare, beauty, dating after divorce, what it’s like to be a single mother, and good old-fashioned stories from our past.
Episode 12: Special Halloween Episode #2
When we think of Halloween we think of those that came before us and well…death. If you tuned in to the first Special Halloween Episode episode you would know that the veil is thin on Halloween night so we thought it was only appropriate to share our mom’s death wedding, what it’s like to be present during the death of a loved one, and how we believe funerals can be modernized.
Episode 16: Always Take It Low and Slow
When it comes to trying cannabis products it is so so SO important to understand dosing, the different forms of administration, and what it is you want to get out of your cannabis experience. If any of this strikes an interest in you, this episode is for you.

Episode 32: Last Week Was Definitely NOT Hygge
You know how we feel about Scandinavian lifestyles, we live by them. For us, concepts like hygge, friluftsliv, and fika are a way of life for us. Research has proven that these folks live happier life just by sprinkling in bits and pieces of mindfulness wherever they can.
