Happy Spring! The sun is shining, the days have grown longer, and I think my parka is officially put away until next winter. God bless.
With the change of season comes updates on my skincare, wellness, and reading. And you know I just love sharing these details of my life with you because as we say here at The Sister Project, sharing is caring.
Today I am sharing with you some new and some old products that I absolutely love and will be using not just this Spring season, but for many seasons to come.
I hope this inspires you to get your wellness, skincare, and reading on these warmer days ahead.
I’m so excited to tell you all about everything below, so let’s dive in.
Skincare
m-61 Sunscreen
I am a huge m-61 skincare junkie. I have never used a product of theirs I didn’t immediately love. I can see and feel the difference with m-61 and that’s pretty damn important.
You better believe that I was beyond thrilled when they released their first-ever SPF 40.
No surprises here, I love it. It’s oil-free, lightweight, and lays beautifully with the rest of my skincare regiment. SPF being one of the most important parts of my skincare line-up and I didn’t even start wearing sunscreen on my face until my 30’s.
I wear it every single day – rain or shine.

Gressa Night Oil
There is nothing better than a clean face at night topped with a beautiful, nighttime nourishing oil. Gressa’s Night Repair Elixir is my favorite. It smells of ylang-ylang and sage and consists of rosehip oil, grapeseed oil, and sea buckthorn.
After cleanser and toner, I pat this on my face every single evening for soft, moisturized skin.

Osmosis Face Mask
The Tropical Mango barrier repair mask by Osmosis is pure magic.
First off, it smells like Hawaii – which I’ve never been but I imagine it smells this good. The texture is thick and creamy which makes it feel like an anti-inflammation souffle. This mask will leave your skin feeling clean, fresh, and glowing.

Cannabis
matter.lite Mango Gummies
If you’re looking to micro-dose with a gummy, then please stop, collaborate, and listen. Matter’s new line of low-dose cannabis is a great option for the canna-curious to start with a low dose of THC and CBD. 2.5mg to be exact.
When it comes to gummies, I’m looking for three things: texture, taste, and efficacy. The taste is delicious, the texture is perfection, and the efficacy is spot on with matter.lite’s sour gummy bites.
And they actually are sour – which I love.
Only available at Verilife dispensaries.
Drops by 1906
Next up on our list of favorite edibles are Drops by 1906.
Drops are 0 calories, fast-acting, and plant-based. The perfect trifecta. And much unlike a gummy, Drops are meant to be swallowed and not chewed.
Drops are also low-dose edibles each created with a combination of CBD, THC, and other plant-based ingredients to help enhance a vibe.
As you can see by the name of each Drop, they are designed to inspire a mood. Our favorite of the bunch are Bliss, Genius, and Midnight.
Check your favorite dispensary’s menu to see if they carry Drops by 1906.
Well-Being
Neuro Reserve
Food for the brain is some of my favorite types of food, but the truth is, many of our brains are undernourished and can use a little help in the brain food department.
This is where Neuro Reserve’s Relevate comes in. Packed with quality brain health and protective nutrients, Relevate is a daily supplement designed to feed your brain. What we eat matters and there are certain foods that can play a role in the health of our brains – it’s just about getting enough of what you need.
The folks behind Neuro Reserve want brain spans to match life spans and we are here for it.
Relevate is available for a monthly subscription or a one-time purchase.
You can use our discount code TSP30 for 30% off of your order. This code is good for life.

Rainbo Mushroom
Recently, I’ve really gotten into the healing effects of mushrooms and what they can do for the human body. Mushrooms are magic! And I’m not talking funny, psilocybin shrooms, I’m talking everyday mushrooms. Lion’s Mane (more on those below), Turkey Tail, Chaga, and Reishi, just to name a few.
This mushroom elixir promotes immune health, cognitive function, and longevity. Or as rainbo likes to say, a high vibrational body.
Yes, please.

Equilibria
CBD is part of my daily life. It helps me feel balanced and less prone to freakouts when shit hits the fan. Trust that I do other things (ie. meditation, walks outside, yoga) to help manage all of the above, but I know my daily intake of CBD plays a role as well.
Every morning I take one 10mg Equilibria soft gel followed by the Daily Drops later in the day. Doing this consistently, every single day has proven to be essential to my well-being.
It’s not until you realize that it has acclimated with your body/mind and feel less on edge that you say to yourself:
Oh wow, it works.
It’s an epiphany of sorts.
Equilibria is all organic, fully traceable, and full-spectrum CBD. These are important aspects of any CBD brand you look into. I’ve been using it for over a year now and it’s part of my everyday.
Use our code THESISTERPROJECT for 15% off of your first order of Equilibria.

Lion’s Mane
For years I have heard that Lion’s Mane mushrooms could be really good for the brain. Then, just recently, I watched Fantastic Funghi and I’m sold.
I am so thrilled to be adding Lion’s Mane to my daily supplement intake. If this stunning mushroom can possibly help with cognitive function, brain fog, and alertness then why not give nature’s medicine a try.
Organic, full-spectrum, dehydrated, and finely milled for everyday capsules.
PS. Look up a photo of Lion’s Mane – it’s magnificent!

Smarty Pants
After a lot of research on which prenatal vitamin I should be taking, I decided on Smarty Pants. There is nothing worse than a fishy burp so I avoid those at all costs.
I am happy to report back that Smarty Pants has what I need in a prenatal and they also taste damn good.
If it’s not a prenatal you need, worry not, they have wonderful options for women, men, and children daily multi-vitamins.

Reading
Salt To The Sea
Here is a beautifully heart-breaking tale of courage, resilience, and survival.
Taking place in the mid-1940s, this WWII fictional novel follows four teenagers as they seek refuge aboard the doomed Wilhelm Gustloff. All hoping for the same thing, to make it out of the war alive, they depend on one another in enormously different ways.
This is a page-turner and you will cry.

She Come By It Natural
Dolly Parton is all the rage right now, but the more I read about her the more I realize she’s been all the rage for quite some time.
A true trailer blazer for women in country music, Dolly has paved the way for so many who have come after her. Eager to become a star, leave her hometown of poverty, and build an empire, Dolly did what she wanted, when she wanted, and didn’t give a hoot because she listened to her gut.
Not only is she an incredible songwriter, show woman, and philanthropist – she’s a brilliant businesswoman and doesn’t take any shit.

The Neverending Story
We grew up on this film and almost any child who watched it in the ’80s still suffers from PTSD from the Artax scene. I don’t want to give anything away, but if you know…you know.
The book version has some of the most enthusiastic reviews I have ever read on Goodreads and when I read that one individual has read it at least twenty times and another reads it once a year, I knew it was time to see what all the fuss is about.
This is my first young adult, fantasy book – I am really excited.

Eleanor and Park
The love story of Eleanor and Park is one all should read. Young and old. It’ll have you reminiscing about your first crush, but also rooting for the two of them as they explore their young love.
It’s sweet, sad, awkward, and adorable. It served as the perfect light read I needed while recovering from laparoscopic surgery.
