We recently sat down with Aviva Brill, founder of Co-Pilot for Wellness, for a chat on prioritizing ourselves and our time, especially during the holiday season.
Aviva is a wealth of knowledge and an incredible listener making it very easy to converse, learn from her, and feel connected.
One of our favorite takeaways from our conversation on time was training ourselves to wake up earlier in the morning as more time in the morning offers us more time to ourselves. Aviva explains to start with just five minutes at a time.
Set your alarm five minutes earlier than you usually do and slowly wake up earlier and earlier over time. This will get you to a point where you are creating a whole extra hour for yourself before the day begins. LOVE this.
In an effort to help you feel inspired to listen to her podcast, we’d like for you to ponder a few thoughts below:
Tired of feeling frustrated
Seeking a sense of purpose & meaning in your life
Know you are capable of so much more
Wanting a sense of fulfillment in your work & life
Longing for more time in your day
Unhappy with just checking the boxes
Fed up with being in the same place in your life
If you answered yes to any of the above (and even if you didn’t) this podcast episode is for you. Prepare to feel invigorated, heard, and understood.
Thank you to Aviva Brill for taking the time to sit with us for a very inspiring and cozy conversation.
