So who better than to talk dumplings with us than Dumpling Man himself, Matt Flickinger, the owner of Chateau Dumplings, along with his recipe creator and Chateau Dumplings marketer, April Lee Wiencek, aka The Tipsy Housewife.
Over a couple Apple 125’s we sat down with the pair to chat about the history of Chateau dumplings and recipes that will knock your socks off.
We also took a slight detour to chat about social media bullies with Tipsy because, well, some people are just mean and we wanted to address it.
