Michelle and I agree on a lot of things, not all things, but I think it’s safe to say, most things.
But where we really don’t agree is when it comes to the Master Cleanse. For the course of 8 days, Michelle will eat nothing but drink a concoction of filtered water, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup.
Upon hearing about this cleanse and detox, I put on my detective hat and got to work. It was a relatively simple search to find there is indeed no scientific backing that this “cleanse” does anything good for you or actually rids your body of any toxins.
This episode is both hilarious and informative and as sisters, was fun to tackle a little friendly debate.
