Equipment

  • parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • juice and zest of one lemon
  • 1/4 cup chopped rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°.
  • Mix all of the ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 15 mins or until lightly browned. You can toss them around halfway through.
