raw cashews
juice and zest of one lemon

chopped rosemary

olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°.
Mix all of the ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15 mins or until lightly browned. You can toss them around halfway through.
