I Use CBD Every Single Day Because…

I need something that will add balance to my mind, keep my body feeling good, and help me not lose my sh*t.

It’s that simple.

Here’s what I know. I know after a long day, a cocktail helps me unwind.

It’s like in the movies. An ice cube drops into a glass. Next, the beautiful sound of a boozy spirit being poured fills your ears. Soon the drink is being swirled and sipped and the individual imbibing begins to appear much more at ease. They exhale, their shoulders drop. The edge has been taken off.

Now, imagine taking something daily to help you maintain chill vibes throughout the day and into the evening. Something that grows from the earth nonetheless. Something that biologically works with the human body. It’s straight-up science.

Perhaps no cocktail is needed.

Here’s how my journey with CBD started:

Every day for the past year, in conjunction with a very regular yoga and meditation practice, I have been taking CBD first thing in the morning. I wanted to reep the benefits of cannabis, minus the high.

I started with CBD at the dispensary where I worked, but once I left, I was eager to find another product that was clean, ethically sourced, organic, and readily available. Oh and actually worked, that’s key.

Along the way, I was introduced to a CBD that was made by women for women right here in Chicago and who had their very own farm in Colorado. This last detail is very important to me – I want to know exactly where and how my CBD is grown.

When I first tried Equilibria I was skeptical because I thought nothing could come close to medical dispensary CBD. I thought there was no way a CBD I can purchase online could compete with the quality I was taking at the time.

I was so wrong.

Equilibria is no joke. It’s so clean. Extremely effective. Tasty (and if you don’t like the taste of cannabis, get the mint!) Traceable!

Also, their packaging is stunning, which is important. Here’s the thing, you want to remember to take it every day so it helps to have it sit out on your vanity. It looks pretty and you won’t forget to take it.

Equilibria has been part of my morning routine for the past eight months now, here’s what the AM ritual looks like:

Warm water with lemon. A half dropper of extra strength EQ daily drops under my tongue for one minute while taking several mindful breaths. A mental list of things I’m grateful for, and lastly, I set an intention for the day.

Implementing a mini morning self-care ritual like the one above helps me start my day on a positive note. Now, granted, sh*t may hit the fan along the way, however, with a daily dose of EQ and practicing mindfulness, I feel so much more balanced and less likely to fly off the handle.

It makes me feel cozy on the inside.

If you’re just getting started, consider the mint Brilliance Box. You’ll get the CBD soft gels, daily drops CBD oil in mint, and Relief Cream – this little concoction will have you feeling brilliantly balanced. Trust.

I’m definitely not the only fan of Equilibria CBD. Here are a few testimonials from some of our readers.

Hygge is humble and slow. It is choosing rustic over new, simple over posh, and ambience over excitement. In many ways, hygge might be the Danish cousin to slow and simple living.
